Would never buy again!
We bought this couch a year ago. Within two months the piling was horrible and the springs broke and one seat is now sagging. I had not read reviews until now and I'm so mad we bought this product. First time buyer with American Signature and I'm disappointed. We did get the warranty so calling to see what can be done. This sectional is horribly made.

We had to get a new couch that was not only bigger, but more durable for my dog. So far the couch is great. Definitely still a bit stiff and needs broken on but its getting better. Only thing I would change is the seat depth. Its a little more narrow than I would like but its easy to look past. Also, it comes with a metric butt-load of throw pillows. Pretty solid for napping purposes at this time and not totally hideous like most that come along with couches.

JUNK. Not worth it
In less than a year this couch will look like it's been around for 20 plus years. That's with just two adults using. Would hate to see how it holds up for a larger family. The fabric pills horribly, seems rip, loose threads, and cushion worn. I am so disappointed. I knew VCF was more affordable for a reason but expected more than a year from a sectional. The only positive is that the actual frame is still intact. Please don't bother, it's not worth it.
