First, it does not come with enough plank support, and the planks provided are cheaply made, which one broke. I purchased it for my 14-year-old son. His mattress began to sink due to not enough plank support. I had to buy a metal low-profile box frame for support which cost me almost $200. I purchased a similar bed not from here, which was cheaper, King size, with enough good plank support, and more affordable! What a waste of money.
