There are no negatives here, from the gentleman who spent a lot of time with us showing a selection of chairs and options, to the on-time delivery and set-up of the chair. This leather electric recliner is perfect! It fits nicely in the living room and doesn't overtake the like many recliners do. The seat, leg, and back movements are smooth and quiet. And they've smartly included a movable headrest to support the neck nicely. I couldn't have asked for a better recliner and after surgery, that's saying something! Purchased 2 of these recliners to replace a worn out loveseat. The recliners are very comfortable and sturdy! The adjustable headrest is most comfortable for both me and my husband.
