The chair I got is nothing like the model in the store. It is not nearly stuffed as well. The one in the store I could not put my hands down the side. The one I for I not only can put my hands down the side but I ca N feel the wood frame when I do. The reclining mechanisism does not work as smoothly as the one in the store.. I was so comfortable in the store model and I just can't get comfortable in this one.. I sent a complaint in but I got no response from you

I really like this recliner. It's very comfortable and fits me very well. The material is very soft and easy to get into and out of. The only thing I don't like about it is the very bright neon green lights on the control. Quite frankly, it looks tacky. I have lots of other controls on different things and the lights are much smaller and less glaring. Even if it had and on/off switch it would be better. Otherwise, it is a very nice chair.

Comfortable and quiet operating lift chair. Getting plenty of use during the pandemic. My complaint is that the control shines too brightly. The arrows will then flash on and off, and I haven't discovered the reason or purpose for that. There appears no way to dim the control lights. Otherwise this would be a five star chair.
