Cushions sag very bad. Couch is comfortable but if you are short it definitely isn't easy to get out of. Aesthetic wise it is nice but not very durable for day to day living especially with pets.

We had this couch for less than 2 months when the cushions started to sag. You can't get out of the couch without assistance. Value City has been great, and we are choosing something different.

My husband and I loved this couch when we saw it in the showroom, it was beyond comfortable! The deep seats were unmatched. After getting it home, a few months in the cushions began to sag. After many rotations and 2 years, I want to pull my hair out because the cushions are hardly functional. The second you make your way to sitting down and relaxing, you are swallowed up by the chasm that these cushions have created. I couldn't even use this couch when I was pregnant because it was impossible to climb out of the pit of cheaply made furniture. The other reviewers are right, the cushions are outright trash, but so are the pillow cushions, those things deform and deflate no matter how much you fluff. Such a shame, now we are stuck with this hunk of junk.

DO NOT! And I mean, DO NOT purchase this sofa! If you're one of those aesthetic folks go for it, but if you're looking for a comfortable sofa to last longer than two weeks, save your money. my cushions were flat in two weeks! I promise it's like you're sitting on the floor.

I fell in love with this couch the moment I saw it in the showroom. The deep cushions are so comfortable and amazing to relax and watch movies on. I've slept on the couch several times and haven't had any issues. I read all the reviews before purchasing the couch and still took the risk. And I am so happy I did that! Yes, there is absolutely no support under these massive cushions. So I added wood planks under them for support. A quick and cheap fix. I rotate my cushions monthly to even out the wear. I've had the couch a year and it's holding up nicely!! I can agree it's unfortunate the design of the couch wasn't well thought out. But it's a pretty easy thing to fix if you really want this couch like I did.

Horrible couch. Within first month cushions sunk in. Now we are 9 months in and the couch is so uncomfortable. We paid all this money for a couch that isn't good to keep not even a year later.

The pillow are sunken in after 2 months and it very uncomfortable. Don't wast you money
