We just purchased this sectional and we love it! Value City Furniture was top notch on everything we had to do with them on this transaction as well. They are one of the very few companies left that has excellent customer service and does what they say they are going to do!

Frame and buttons broken after a year
We bought our sectional march 2023. So far the frame has broken twice on 2 separate recliners. One of the recliners the buttons stopped working so it doesn't recline anymore. We bought our sectional march 2023. So far the frame has broken twice on 2 separate recliners. One of the recliners the buttons stopped working so it doesn't recline anymore. We've had the frame repaired once so far working on the claim for the second. We paid over 5 grand when bought ours in 2023 I'm so extremely dissatisfied the couch is beautiful but something for 5 grand should last us more than a year. We don't abuse our furniture we have zero stains all we do is watch tv and relax on it.
I would not buy this again
Feathers coming out all the time, cushioning breaks down within a month. One year in headrest on Recliner stopped working.

Best couch we've ever owned
I don't see how anyone can say this couch is not comfortable.. it's the best couch we have ever owned . It's so comfortable and I highly recommend. We don't have any issues with feathers coming out at all .

Comfy and beautiful!
Not comfortable
This bridgeport sectional recliner is very beautiful when you look at it. It is huge and that's a plus. The problems my entire family have with it is that it sheds white feathers and the feathers prick you when you sit on it. My kids go, "ouch!β¦ ouch!β¦"
