I bought this couch from VCF over 2 years ago. It is used HEAVILY. The cushions have all remained in tact, and have not lost their shape. It's still like it's brand new. And it is SO SO comfortable. I get some many comments from friends on how comfortable it is, and when I have guests over, I have people who opt to sleep on the couch instead of an air mattress. There have many nights I have accidentally fallen asleep on the couch and I never wake up with back pain. It is HUGE. Can comfortable sleep 2 people. Definitely opt for the automan too if you have the space. Overall everything I wanted in a couch and more. VCR did a great job with the delivery as well. It was brought into my apartment and built for me and it went so smoothly
