We are 2 adults with 2 mini dachshunds so this couch is absolutely not abused. At first it came broken, the delivery drivers didn't set it up right even though we paid for setup. We've had it since April and there's a hole, fraying seams, and the console hinge snapped because a friend leaned on it. Will never purchase from value city again. The recliners will catch and tear the neighboring couch pieces. Quality is pitiful especially for the price. We buy things to last and this one was a mistake.
This is a poorly made sectional. I have had this sectional for about a year now and have had to have the switches replaced twice and have had a chair replaced once as well. The replacement piece recently quit working.
I have had this sectional for almost a year. The chairs don't recline properly. Stitching is coming a loose at the seams. USB port doesn't work. I've had both chairs replaced twice do to not working properly. Customer service is a joke. It took 6 months for the new ones to come in only to be still damaged. Value city dropped the ball on this one.

The couch got a hole in it within the first month of owning it. I called to get it fixed, they said they would come back to fix it in 4 weeks and never came. The seams are coming up on the couch as well. Not impressed with the quality.
Doesn't hold up to daily use, frames bend easily and over time reclining chairs sit and open crooked, have already replaced two of the recliners and need to get them replaced again. USB ports haven't worked from day 1 and am still waiting for parts for repairs. Over time recliners don't open smoothly, chairs squeak when sitting on or moving. Have only had for 1 year and not sure how long these pieces will last. I bought 4 end recliners, two non reclining seats and a corner piece to build one corner sectional and a loveseat. Definitely would not buy again.

Bought this sectional a week ago with 2 console it's comfortable and I love it thinking of buying another wedge to make a U Great buy
Most definitely worth the price. I got 6pieces with 3 reclining areas. I love how smooth it is and how it lays all the way back. Also like that it has the usb and usb-c ports on the sides and usb ports in the inside drink console.
