We absolutely LOVE our recliners. I originally set out to buy my husband a recliner, for his birthday. As soon as I sat in the Rory, I knew I had to have one too! Talk about plush. It's like being swaddled in a blanket, it's so soft. The Rory is amazing.
Where the back and seat meet gaps to a big hole when you recline. Also, when reclining where the gap is you can actually feel the wood in your back such a waste of money. We bought 2 of these and the other one the wood broke in the back while recline and fell backwards. Purchased the extra warrenty but it the Woodbridge, Va area have to wait 2 months for them to send some out to look at to see if can be fixed, even though you have to send pictures and videos and it is obvious it can't be fixed. DO NOT BUY!
