We have had this couch for 1 year almost to the date and we have regretted purchasing it from month 3. We chose the non hybrid cushions and thought they would be firmer than they are. They sink in so much when you sit on them and almost smash down flat while sitting on them. I am 146 lbs and my bf is 180. No support whatsoever. Additionally, the back cushions are not full and are lumpy so the couch looks sloppy. They provide no support and my back hurts sitting for long periods of time on this couch. I have to bring in pillows from the bedroom for extra support for movie night, I can't even make it through 2 hours. The cushions have flattened so the fabric is kind of baggy where it used to be taught. Just so many negatives and we really aren't complainers. This couch has been a huge disappointment and we are talking about already buying a new couch. 1 year later! That is unacceptable!
