Weak armed, not strong armed
I purchased this product and just a few months after purchasing, I went to stand up, putting some weight on the right-side armrest to assist with my standing up and the frame inside the armrest broke. Now each time I either sit down or stand up, I am reminded. Needless to say, I am not very impressed.

I would not buy this
These are the worst couches I've ever purchased. I've had them for about 3 years and they need to be thrown away. I don't think I could give them away at this point. The recliner mechanisms are falling apart, the plastic release lever broke on one of them. They are falling apart. The only thing I like is the material but other then that they are straight up garbage. I had a warranty but it only lasted so long and they have fallen apart since.

Wow, this couch is really comfortable! I prefer the manual recline, power recliners are more likely to fail within the lifespan of the couch in my experience. This purchase replaced a CatNapper that I really liked, but was overdue for replacement. I believe I spent roughy the same, maybe a little less over 10 yrs ago for the CatNapper so considering inflation this was a great value. Would highly recommend.
