First of all, I found this online but ordered it at an American Signature location - they told me all rugs are sold by a third party and they are final sale. The rug came pretty quickly but...it ain't exactly the rug in the pictures. (1) It looks more like a dark navy blue to me than the black in the pictures. Could be black but definitely not as dark are advertised. The red is barely visible as well. (2) There are frays on it which I didn't notice in the pictures (its there but had to zoom in to see). (3) This will be hard to explain but when the fabric is brushed one way, the colors are very light and muted. If brushed the other way, they appear darker (but still not as dark as advertised). In the picture I attached, you can kind of see this because one side is lighter than the other. Kind of annoying. Its a nice rug but the colors are very different in my opinion.
