We bought these chairs to replace our prematurely worn out dining table chairs ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. We went to the Rockville store and were greeted by Rob and we wandered around the store. Rob did not hover over us but made himself available at the right time and closed the sale in a very pleasant and professional manner. Pick up at the Frederick store went smoothly. Assembling the chairs was easy due to well-marked packaging and instructions. A screw was missing for one of the chairs and Rob directed me back to the store and got a replacement in time to finish the assembly for the holiday dinner. Chairs were great and comfortable. Want to thank Rob and the Rockville store for the painless experience.
