Chairs are comfortable. Although instructions on putting them together were not well written. Chairs also had a few minor issues. A clip to keep the connections together/secure was broken/missing. Fabric underneath had a 3-4 inch rip an some kinda sticky glue or tape residue from the protective packaging had gotten on one of the chairs

Nice material, comfy seats that recline both feet and head.
Nice however the delivery people did not leave the instructions/manual behind. How do I get the wireless charging pad to charge? It is plugged in and connected. The USB works but not the wireless feature

After they put the Loveseat together. They left. They did not check it to make sure it was put together correctly. Setting on the left side of the Loveseat we found that it squeaked when you moved around in it. Up and down and side to side. Very loudly..
