Beautiful, cozy and comfortable.

The material of this couch is very nice! I like how I am able to zip off the covers to clean the cushions. You sink into the couch and it's amazing. Everyone that comes over freaks out because of how comfortable the couch is. My only downside is that you need to be careful when setting up. The couches connect at the bottom with metal pieces. We got our couch installed and they didn't spin the connectors underneath the couch and they were sticking out and I sliced my foot open! They were easy to loosen and twist under

We are in love! This couch has been so comfortable and such a great purchase. Our salesman made the selection process so easy and kept us updated with our purchase bc it took several months to get delivered. It was so worth the wait! I'd for sure purchase from American Signature Furniture again!

This couch looks really great in the showroom. Once you get home, it's major maintenance and the fabric starts to peel. I have to shave my couch constantly. The frame of the couch has sunken in so it's like a hole when you sit. This couch is not worth the money at all.

I absolutely love this sectional. It's plush and really comfy.

I'm very disappointed in this sofa. I tried it in the showroom. I visited twice, each time sitting on it for a while, spending time with it. It was extremely comfortable in the store. I wanted it in a different color so I ordered custom upholstery - an upcharge. It finally arrived and I couldn't wait to relax on my new sofa. Unfortunately... Relaxing requires a certain degree of comfort - which the sofa that they sent me sorely lacks. The cushions are horribly understuffed, so when you sit on the sofa, IMMEDIATELY your butt is resting on the structure of the foundation underneath. Often, a hard beam. Both the pillows and the cushions then distort and deflate - which leaves the sofa looking sloppy almost immediately. It also leaves the filling - which is supposed to provide comfort - so unevenly distributed that you feel like you're resting on lumps. The only way to make this thing a decent, useable piece of furniture is to invest in memory foam to add in some support for the flimsy feather filling VCF provides - which costs EVEN more money. This is not the same quality of sofa VCF had on the showroom floor. Save your money. Buy something much, much cheaper...or go elsewhere.
